If anyone gets this error message when using Visual Studio ...
COM Interop unregistration failed. Unable to load file 'Microsoft.VSDesigner.DLL'.
... check your disk space. I was close to running out of disk space. When I freed up some space, the error went away.

The same problem in my machine. i freed some space and i compiled the eror went away...
